We collect account, contact and company details, usage and security information, and the information a customer enters to operate its systems, such as employee, customer, transaction and document data. The website form does not send data directly to Frame Tek; it prepares a WhatsApp message that is only sent when the visitor confirms it in WhatsApp.
Why we use data
We use data to activate subscriptions and provide the platform, verify identity and permissions, process transactions and issue documents, provide support, protect accounts, and meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who can access data
The Frame Tek customer controls its company users and roles. We may use hosting, communications, support and security providers as needed to deliver the service, under appropriate confidentiality and protection obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention and security
We retain data for the subscription term and afterwards as needed for the contract, claims, accounting or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use company isolation, permissions, audit trails, backups and technical and organisational controls, but no electronic method is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. For workplace data entered by a company using Frame Tek, contact that company first because it controls the purposes of use; we will assist it where required.
Transfers and updates
Data may be processed in a country different from the user’s where infrastructure or a provider is located, with safeguards required by law. We may update this policy as the service or requirements change, updating the date and providing appropriate notice of material changes.
