These terms govern use of the Frame Tek website and platform. Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not create a paid subscription. A subscription begins under an order or contract accepted by the company and service provider; these terms apply alongside it without limiting rights under mandatory law.
Accounts and permissions
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. The company manager is responsible for creating employee accounts and roles and disabling them when no longer needed. Personal accounts may not be shared, and users must not bypass permissions or access another company.
Acceptable use
Frame Tek may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, abusive testing, service disruption, infringement, or processing data without the right to do so. Access may be suspended for a security risk or prohibited use, with reasonable notice where possible.
Service and purchase requests
The Buy button prepares a request about the chosen system; it does not charge a payment or automatically activate an account. Before commitment and payment, the service provider’s identity, systems and limits, included users, subscription period and currency, total including applicable fees and taxes, payment arrangements, activation date, support and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing. Listed prices are monthly per company, with Accounting included in a business system as described on its page.
Customer data and ownership
Customer data and content remain owned by the customer or their owners, and Frame Tek receives a limited right to process them to provide, protect and support the service. The platform, code, design, materials and intellectual property remain with their owners; a subscription does not transfer ownership.
Liability
Frame Tek supports business operations, and the customer should review settings, data and outputs before professional or statutory reliance. This review does not release the service provider from its obligations. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only as permitted by law and the contract, and does not limit mandatory rights or liability that cannot be excluded.
Law and termination
Cancellation and termination follow the subscription policy and contract, with rights and obligations intended to survive remaining effective. The subscription order identifies the governing law and competent courts subject to mandatory rules; no term waives customer rights under the laws applicable to the transaction.
Changes to the service, prices and terms
We may improve the interface and functions while preserving the service’s agreed purpose. A list price increase does not change the agreed amount for an existing subscription period. Changes affecting a renewal are communicated before the customer commits, with renewal terms stated in the order. Updated terms are published with their date, and customers are notified of material changes affecting their contract. Agreed third-party integrations also depend on their providers’ availability and terms.
Cancellation rights and complaints
The subscription and cancellation policy explains requests, payments and data handling. Statutory rights to cancel, refunds and compensation remain effective, including rights for an unused service or delayed delivery where the applicable legal conditions are met. Send complaints through the contact channel below with the company name, order reference and a description of the issue; passwords or sign-in credentials are not required.
